LBB COSMETICSS is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier will not be reshipped.

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and may take 3-6 business days (Monday- Friday) for the customer to receive it. 

After your order shows an acceptance scan, any issues beyond this point require assistance from USPS. Below is the link to file a lost packages claim.
